Fitworkout is a mobile fitness application offering workout-category choices, illustrated exercises, workout guidance, and timer screens. This page explains the privacy considerations for the Fitworkout Android app and its accompanying website.
2. Information you provide
The workout screens provided for review do not ask users to create an account or submit their name, email address, or contact details to access the exercises. The website does not include a registration form or a user-data submission form.
If you voluntarily email the developer, the email address and contents of your message will be received and may be used to reply to your inquiry. Your email provider and the developer's email provider may process this communication under their own privacy terms.
3. App permissions and internet access
The Android APK supplied for this release declares the INTERNET permission. Its manifest does not declare Android permissions for precise location, camera, microphone, or contacts. The app also contains exercise-display content that may reference online font resources. Internet permission by itself does not prove that personal data is transmitted or stored.
If any future version adds analytics, advertisements, an account system, remote data storage, or other online services, the developer should update this policy to describe the actual data collected, its purpose, and any data-sharing arrangements.
4. Website data and server logs
The Fitworkout landing page is a static website and includes no built-in advertising, user analytics, or tracking scripts. It does not intentionally set tracking cookies. The web-hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information, such as IP address, browser details, requested files, and access times, for security or operational purposes. How long those logs are retained depends on the hosting provider's settings and practices.

When you download the APK, your browser and hosting provider handle the file transfer. If the app loads external resources, the relevant service may receive technical connection data, such as an IP address. This website also includes an email link that opens your chosen email application.

The developer aims to keep the website and application files available from an appropriately secured hosting environment. No online service or file transfer can be guaranteed completely secure. Install the APK only from a website you trust, and ensure your device is kept up to date.
7. Children's privacy
Fitworkout is a general fitness application, not a service designed to solicit personal details from children. Parents and guardians should supervise exercise and app installation by younger users as appropriate.
